ABOUT GREEN4WORK PROJECT
GREEN4WORK is an Erasmus+ project that supports unemployed adults in gaining practical skills for more sustainable workplaces. Across many sectors, employers are looking for people who understand environmental responsibility and can use digital tools to support greener ways of working. At the same time, many adults struggle to access training that is flexible, relevant and recognised.
This project was created to respond to that gap. GREEN4WORK focuses on skills that can actually be used at work, not just on theory. The training is designed for adult learners and delivered in a way that fits around real life, including online learning and clear recognition of what participants achieve.
