The GREEN4WORK partnership brings together higher education, non-governmental organisations, social enterprises and SMEs from Serbia, Italy, Lithuania, Greece and Spain, combining complementary expertise in adult education, sustainability, digital learning, employability and quality assurance. Each partner contributes specific strengths, ranging from curriculum development and sustainability-focused training to digital platform design, community outreach and analytical support. This balanced cooperation ensures that GREEN4WORK delivers practical, inclusive and high-quality learning solutions for unemployed adults, while allowing project results to be tested, adapted and transferred across different national and institutional contexts.
